We mediate in the sale of apartments in a newly constructed residential building, designed as an object of modern architecture in the heart of Central Dalmatia.

The parking lot and common areas will be under video surveillance to ensure the security of the property.
The building is connected to the utilities in accordance with the conditions of the municipal distribution network. The water supply will be provided by connection to the existing water supply network in accordance with the conditions of ViltGmbR (Split). Each apartment will have its own water meter. Connection to the power grid will take place in accordance with the electricity supply contract. Each apartment will have its own electrical panel.
Prices include bathroom equipment, including: washbasin, toilet with built-in flush, walk-in shower, glass shower partition, electric hot water tank. The bathroom will have underfloor heating (can be installed throughout the apartment for an additional fee).
The ground floor of the building consists of two apartments with a terrace and a private garden, where the buyer can set up the amenities of their choice, e.g. swimming pool, deckchairs, electric grill, etc.
On the first floor there are two apartments with balconies offering a beautiful view of the bay and the open sea.
On the second floor there are two Penthouse apartments with their own roof terrace with a wonderful view. The buyer can place the amenities of his choice on his part of the terrace, e.g. a jacuzzi. The terrace will be equipped with cold and hot water connections and electrical installation.
