How are we doing?
We prepare an individual offer. We constantly search the real estate market in Croatia, finding attractive apartments and houses, plots and hotels, which you can see on our website. Once we know your plans, expectations, dreams and needs, we will prepare a tailor-made offer or start looking for a suitable place. Upon request, we can organize a real or virtual visit to the property.
We verify every proposed property. We cooperate with lawyers, surveyors, architects and, of course, translators. We only offer proven properties. They must pass a stage of legal, as well as factual and technical verification. We assess not only the safety, but also the profitability of purchasing a given property in Croatia. We think long-term – with a view to obtaining a satisfactory return on investment.
We help complete all formalities. Before purchasing a Croatian property, you must obtain an OIB identification number, which is used in various official documents. Sometimes our clients need to take out a loan and set up a company to provide long-term rental or other tourist services. We will help you find your way around and complete the documents, we will direct you to the right places, and we will take care of some of the matters.
We are finalizing the real estate purchase transaction. We verify contracts and negotiate the most favorable conditions, protect your interests – we guarantee legal support throughout the entire process. From the initial contract, through the actual contract concluded before a notary, to the entry in the Croatian court – we are involved in every stage and act as an intermediary in the transaction.
