We are an agent for the sale of a unique holiday home with a swimming pool in Siverić. The property is located on a plot of approximately 10250m2 at an altitude of approximately 350m above sea level. in a very intimate and quiet location, it has an ideal atmosphere.

The pool is covered by a movable roof that opens and closes in 20 seconds, and the roof is 1.5 m high, making swimming possible when the pool is closed. There is a fridge, solar shower, spotlights, table, chairs, canopy by the pool.
Below the pool is a professional tennis court with artificial grass and lighting. On the property there is also an electric grill, grill and a stone smokehouse ideal for drying meat, grilling or baking. There is a large Dalmatian bowling alley in front of the fence.
Below the tennis court, there is an underground spring water well to which the house gutters are connected to drain the rainwater. The whole area has a timer irrigation system and a garden with a variety of home-grown vegetables, as well as many Mediterranean flowers and plants such as maple, hazelnut, walnut, almond and several dozen old olive trees.
The whole area is fenced.
