Modern apartments in sunny complex, Seget Donji

We mediate in the sale of apartments in a newly built, exclusive residential complex, located in the town of Seget Donji. The investment features modern construction and consists of two twin facilities: the West Building and the East Building. This is an excellent proposition combining luxury with comfort, perfect for both investors and those looking for their own apartment on the coast.

Available apartments and room layout

The complex offers various size and price options, fully tailored to the needs of future buyers:

• Ground floor apartments (from 197,721 EUR to 236,838 EUR): Units with an internal area from approx. 42 m² to 53 m². They guarantee direct, convenient access to separate outdoor relaxation areas, including terraces and gardens.
• Standard apartments on floors 1-4 (from 269,558 EUR to 397,678 EUR): Functional apartments with an area from approx. 51 m² to 53 m². Each of these units includes 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room seamlessly connected to the kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and a large, private balcony. Apartment prices depend on the building and increase with their location on higher floors.
• Luxury penthouses and premium options (from 690,104 EUR to 742,648 EUR): An exceptional offer covering the highest floors. In the East Building (3rd and 4th floor), there are apartments with an internal area exceeding 110 m², equipped with 3 bedrooms, numerous wardrobes, and huge terraces. Additionally, the developer has provided an alternative architectural concept for the 4th floor – there is a possibility of combining spaces and creating just two massive, independent apartments with very spacious terraces offering an exposure to three sides of the world.

Standard and amenities

Both buildings have 5 above-ground storeys (ground floor and 4 upper floors) and provide full accessibility thanks to installed elevators. The area around the investment will be carefully landscaped with lush greenery. An outdoor swimming pool with a separate area for sun loungers and relaxation will be available exclusively to the residents of the complex. Additionally, the price of each apartment includes an assigned outdoor parking space (located directly in front of the building) and a private storage room (“sprema”) located on the basement level.

Location

The investment is located in the picturesque town of Seget Donji, in the extremely popular and valued region of Central Dalmatia. This town combines the charm of a peaceful Mediterranean resort with excellent access to rich tourist infrastructure and the beautiful Adriatic coast. A huge advantage of the investment is the direct vicinity of the historical, vibrant city of Trogir, which can be reached in just a few minutes. In addition, the close proximity to the international airport in Split makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the most beautiful corners of Croatia and an extremely convenient and attractive location for foreign clients or rental investors.
