How much does a house cost in Croatia?

Such a house usually has a private pool (or pools), sometimes has access to the beach, almost always offers beautiful views, is located in a quiet but well-connected area and is luxuriously furnished. Croatian villas are builtin a classic and modern style – they delight with their architecture, arrangement and atmosphere.

Of course, a house builtin the first row from the sea, more modern and well-maintained is more expensive– a completely renovated or newly built house with a view of the Adriatic Sea can be purchased for a minimum of EUR 350-450,000.

In recent years, it has become increasingly easier to find such an old, classic stone house in Croatia, charming but requiring solid renovation, or even adaptation or reconstruction. The cheapest real estate on the market starts at around 80,000, most often it costs 150-250,000 euro. It all depends on the condition of the property, its values (e.g. view) and location.
